Perma Blend - Scalp Kit

The new Scalp Kit Perma Blend is specially designed for eyebrows. The quality of these pigments has been developed to last longer and require minimal adjustments. The kit contains 6 colors from light gray to black and even brown. It also contains an orange modifier if needed and a bottle of Thin Shading Solution.
