Irezumi Inks
Irezumi tattoo inks are the most popular tattoo inks in Japan. Made from classic high-quality pigments dispersed in an exclusive lightweight water-based mixture that includes food and cosmetic solvents, as well as herbal preservatives. These tattoo inks do not contain any foreign additives. All pigments and their color values are indicated on the label.
In order to preserve the Japanese culture inhabited by dragons and samurai, tattoo artist Horiyoshi III has dedicated his entire life to the art of irezumi.
Traditional Japanese irezumi differs from other types of tattooing in that the images cover either the entire surface of the body, or the arms and legs, as well as sleeves and pants.
